MP Mining Equipment Corp., Ltd has fully supported the efficient execution and successful completion of a 600 T/H hard rock crushing project in Cambodia, backed by its rugged and reliable crushers, feeders, screens, and well-proven turnkey solutions. From the early stages of needs assessment, custom solution design, and equipment selection, through midstream manufacturing, cross-border delivery, and remote installation guidance, to on-site setup, commissioning, and warranty support, MP's end-to-end expertise ensured that the entire crushing line ran smoothly and met its capacity targets—delivering a perfect launch for this mining operation in Cambodia.
The project is located in Oudong District, Kampong Speu Province, Cambodia. It represents a custom 600 T/H hard rock crushing solution that MP developed for a long-standing customer in Southeast Asia. On June 25, 2025, the customer reached out to MP through a Vietnamese distributor, clearly stating the need for a high-capacity, highly reliable production line to process ordinary hard rock from their mine. Leveraging its extensive experience in overseas projects and robust equipment technology, MP provided end-to-end services including system design, equipment manufacturing, logistics, remote guidance, on-site commissioning, and warranty support, delivering a fully integrated setup of crushers, feeders, and screens to create a stable and efficient crushing system.
The customer had clear and demanding requirements for this hard rock crushing project. The production line needed to deliver a stable 600 tons per hour of throughput while handling continuous high-intensity crushing duty. The system had to include a complete set of feeding, crushing, and screening equipment to form an efficient closed-loop production process. The machinery also had to be well-suited to hard rock characteristics, operate reliably, and produce high-quality output. In addition, the customer expected full support including system design, foundation work guidance, equipment installation and commissioning, and after-sales warranty to ensure rapid deployment and long-term dependable operation.
Following the initial contact in early June 2025, MP's technical team respond quickly. Based on the customer's 600 T/H capacity requirement and the characteristics of the ordinary hard rock, MP designed a two-stage closed-circuit crushing process and selected all equipment strictly in line with the project specifications, ensuring a close match between the solution and actual site conditions.
As the primary feeding unit at the front of the production line, the vibrating feeder ensures that run-of-mine material is fed evenly, continuously, and steadily into downstream processes. It effectively prevents bridging and jamming, providing the foundation for the crushers and screens to operate efficiently—making it a critical component for the entire line's stable performance.
The 2YK3072 circular vibrating screen is one of the key screening units in the project. It features a double-deck design with a screening area of 21.6 m², a recommended operating angle of 2°, a maximum feed size of 20 mm (ranging from 15 to 25 mm), a screening mesh size range of 2–65 mm, a processing capacity of 200–800 TPH, a double amplitude of 7–10 mm, dual 22 kW motors, and an operating weight of 13,740 kg. This screen delivers stable screening efficiency and is primarily used for pre‑screening, where it directly separates out 0–40 mm finished product. This reduces the load on downstream crushing equipment and increases overall plant capacity.

The CC400S cone crusher serves as the secondary crusher in this project. Designed specifically for hard rock crushing applications, it features a robust structure and delivers smooth, continuous crushing performance. Capable of handling high-intensity hard rock materials, the CC400S provides a consistent and stable material flow for downstream fine crushing and screening stages, making it an ideal match for secondary crushing requirements.

The 3YK2870 circular vibrating screen is another key screening unit on the line. It has a three-deck design with a screening area of 19.6 m², a recommended operating angle of 20°, a maximum feed size of less than 200 mm, a screening mesh size range of 2–65 mm, a processing capacity of 120–700 TPH, a double amplitude of 7–10 mm, a 45 kW motor, and an operating weight of 13,855 kg. This screen offers high classification accuracy and large throughput, allowing it to precisely grade multiple product sizes to meet the customer's diverse output requirements.

The MHP500 multi-cylinder cone crusher serves as the core fine crushing unit for the project. It has an installed power of 355 kW and is available with cavity options covering EF, F, M, C, and EC. The feed opening ranges from 35 to 335 mm, the discharge opening from 10 to 51 mm, and processing capacity from 175 to 790 TPH, with a machine weight of 33,150 kg. This crusher delivers high efficiency and excellent product shape, making it the key piece of equipment that ensures the production line reliably reaches its 600 T/H capacity.

Closed-circuit rock crushing process flow for customer
Based on the equipment performance and process design described above, MP built a complete closed-circuit crushing solution for the customer. Run-of-mine material from the stockpile enters the vibrating feeder, then moves via belt conveyor No. 1 to the 2YK3072 screen, where 0–40 mm finished material is screened out directly. The oversize material is sent via belt No. 2 to the CC400S cone crusher for secondary crushing. After crushing, the material is conveyed via belt No. 4 (return belt) and belt No. 5 (feed belt) to the 3YK2870 screen. The oversize from that screen then goes via belt No. 6 to the MHP500 multi-cylinder cone crusher for fine crushing. The crushed material is then returned to the screening system for further processing, forming a two‑stage closed‑circuit crushing loop. Actual on‑site testing has reached 700 tons per hour. The final equipment package for this project includes the vibrating feeder, CC400S cone crusher, MHP500 multi-cylinder cone crusher, 2YK3072 screen, and 3YK2870 screen.
Once the solution and equipment were finalized, the project moved into a highly efficient execution phase. A formal contract was signed in mid‑July 2025, and MP immediately began equipment manufacturing. On September 10, 2025, the customer started foundation work on site. MP provided complete construction drawings and remote guidance to ensure the foundations met all equipment installation requirements. After production and cross‑border shipping, all equipment arrived safely at the project site on December 20, 2025. The customer then proceeded with installation in an orderly manner, completing it on March 25, 2026.
To ensure a successful first‑time commissioning of the line, MP dispatched professional engineers to the Cambodia site on March 30, 2026. They systematically tuned and calibrated the feeders, crushers, and screens, and optimized the coordination between them, quickly bringing the entire system into its best operating condition.
On April 2, 2026, the 600 T/H hard rock crushing line in Cambodia went into trial operation. All equipment ran smoothly and worked together efficiently, with actual throughput reaching 650 T/H—well above the customer's required 600 T/H standard. The line is now in normal production, consistently supporting the customer's mining operations.
MP's professional system design, reliable equipment quality—covering crushers, feeders, and screens—and comprehensive end‑to‑end services effectively safeguarded the customer's production schedule and ensured stable output. The overall project performance has received high recognition and praise from the customer, making this another benchmark case for MP in the Southeast Asian mining crushing sector.
