    The principle of the YK series circular vibrating screen is a block eccentric vibration exciter rotated by motor. The running eccentric mass generates a large centrifugal force, which stimulates the screen box to generate a circular motion of a certain amplitude, and the material performs a continuous throwing motion with the screen box on the inclined screen surface, thereby achieving screening.

    Capacity: 50-1200t/h


    Application: It is used in crushing and feeding combined equipment in quarries, metallurgy, coal mining, mineral processing, building materials, chemical industry, abrasives and other industries.

    Optimized Design

    The screen adopts block eccentricity and external vibration exciter structure. Completely disassembled design: The housing and eccentric block are quite compact. It makes the exciter not only have a huge exciting force, but also can be installed in the inner hole of the side plate, no more need to replace a single bearing. The overall disassembly and maintenance takes only up to two hours and it reducing maintenance costs.


    Reinforced Structure

    The side plates of the screen are reinforced by steel. Besides the beam steel pipe and the flange joint’s welding, the other parts are connected by twisted and sheared high-strength bolts.


    Smooth

    Supporting vibration reduction with rubber spring which is low noise and stable operation. It’s long-life, corrosion resistance, stable over-resonance area, low noise, and small impact on the foundation compare to other competitors.


    Defect Overcomed

    The screen adopts a petal coupling with simple structure, easy for manufacturing and maintenance, which overcomes the defect of the universal coupling. The motor and the exciter are connected by a disturbing coupling, so that the torque has no axial transmission, and the operation of the screen is more stable.
