The installation and commissioning timeline for MP Mmining Equipment varies according to equipment size, site conditions, and overall project complexity. We follow a standardized project execution process to ensure efficient, on-schedule delivery and startup.
1. Standard Installation & Commissioning Schedule
- Single Unit: Typical installation and commissioning take 3–7 days, including equipment positioning, mechanical and electrical connections, no-load and load testing, and operator training.
- Complete Crushing Plant: From works coordination to full-line integrated commissioning, the overall timeline ranges from 15–45 days, depending on the plant configuration (number of machines, total throughput) and on-site construction progress.
To ensure a smooth installation process, please complete the following preparations in advance:
- Site & Civil Works: Construct foundations and install anchor bolts in accordance with our detailed drawings, ensuring a level and structurally sound base.
- Power Supply: Provide a stable, adequately sized main power supply, including distribution panels, cable routes, and proper earthing systems.
- Water Supply & Drainage: Install process water lines and set up sedimentation or effluent treatment facilities for equipment cooling and dust suppression systems.
- Access & Lifting: Clear access routes and provide sufficient overhead lifting capacity to enable safe delivery and placement of all equipment.
- Auxiliary Facilities: Prepare temporary workshop/office space, basic tools, lifting equipment, and necessary personal protective equipment (PPE).
MP provides complete installation drawings, technical specifications, and on-site technical support throughout the process. Our qualified engineers will oversee key milestones to ensure compliance with design and safety standards.
