1. Core Warranty Period
Main Mining Equipment: We offer a 12-month warranty starting from the date of equipment acceptance, excluding parts subject to normal wear. Motors and key outsourced components are warranted per original manufacturer regulations, generally for 6 months.2. Warranty Coverage
Within the warranty period and under proper operation and maintenance, we provide the following services if faults arise from manufacturing or material defects:- Complimentary troubleshooting and technical guidance
- Free repair or replacement of non-wear parts damaged due to quality issues
- Remote and on-site maintenance support to cut down equipment downtime
3. Exclusions from Warranty
The following conditions are not covered by the warranty:- Natural wear of consumable parts during regular operation, such as liners, hammers, screen meshes and belts
- Damage caused by incorrect operation, unauthorized commissioning or overloading
- Malfunctions resulting from inadequate maintenance, unauthorized modification or disassembly
- Damage incurred by force majeure including natural disasters, abnormal voltage and operating conditions beyond design limits
