Brief Introduction on DRC Series Roller Crusher


DRC series roller crusher's material feed size usually under 35mm, the output size should be 1mm-10mm, feed material compression strength should be under 150MPa. Widely used in sand milling, cement clinker, construction, refractory materials, metallurgical mining, chemical, coal, and other industries.


How Roller Crusher Works? 


DRC series roller machine is composed of a motor, internal drive assembly, roller, mainframe, sliding frame assembly, accumulator loading cylinder, reinforcing beam, fixed shaft seat, oil tank, etc. The whole structure is compact and precise. The roller is on the mainframe by bolts, and another roller can slide on the mainframe with the pressure changing of the air accumulating loading cylinder, and adjust the gap between the two rolls automatically for variable output size. The roller gets impacted by the tramp metals and compresses air accumulating loading cylinder, the sliding roller backward and avoids damaging to equipment. 


The output size could be adjusted automatically according to the hardness and the feeds by loading the cylinder from the air accumulator, it pushes the roller with the sliding frame assembly then there will be space between the fixed roller(clearance above 10 mm). The sliding roller gets pressed by reaction force when the material feed into the gap, then the material gets crushed to a fineness requires. 


The worn roller will cause larger outputs, the cylinder should be reloaded by air accumulator to adjust the clearance to archive adjusting the fineness automatically. 


The driven unit includes two motors, which drive a V-belt to the gear shaft and rotate the inner drive assembly retrorse. When the material is crushed, the material passes through the roller from the feed port and crushed by roller, and discharged from the bottom. The safety guard applied to the external transmission unit.
